GARLIC, 4 cloves
LEMON JUICE, 1 Tbsp.
LIME JUICE, 1 Tbsp.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, 1/2 cup
RED WINE VINEGAR, 2 Tbsp.
CUMIN, 1/2 tsp. (optional)
SEA SALT & PEPPER, to taste
