I've spent the decades of this life ever-pursuing the arts, and I've come to appreciate creative-thinking as a valuable skill all in of itself to pioneering our own livelihood.  This website has been in my daydreaming for over ten years now, alas up until much later on, a domain name that wasn't already taken simply wasn't coming to fruition.  

Alas, one morning I awoke to many thoughts streaming through and amongst them the words, 'anima poetæ.'  Immediately writing it down before it returned to the ether, forgotten; and with the help of some google researching and Latin groups online, it appears to be Latin meaning something to the nature of 'breath of a poet', 'soul of an artist,' and/or 'soul poet.' 

I've simmered on the expression and what a beautiful expression it is for the goal of this site -
an ode to creating, joy, and sacred space. But also, what I feel the arts strives to hone - poetry of the soul.

When I searched the domain, it was available, so here we are today.
