Ingredients:
4 RUSSETT POTATOES, well scrubbed
1 TTBSP. OLIVE OIL
SALT, to taste
ALUMINUM FOIL, 4 sheets
plus your favorite toppings of choice to top off and garnish
Loaded Baked Potatoes
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400-450 degrees F. Prick potatoes with a fork several times across overall area of potato, then rub with olive oil and season with salt. Wrap tightly in foil, shiny side toward potato.
2. Bake directly on rack for 45-60 minutes, until tender when pierced.
3. Remove Foil and plate potatoes. Place slice down lengthwise and load with favorite toppings.
