Ingredients:

ASPARAGUS, approx 2 lbs, trimmed
OLIVE OIL
SEA SALT & PEPPER,
BALSAMIC VINEGAR or LEMON JUICE
PARMESAN, grated or shaved

ROASTED ASPARAGUS

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Arrange ASPARAGUS on a baking sheet. Drizzle with OLIVE OIL, turn to coat, & season with SALT & PEPPER.

3. Roast, turning once halfway through until lightly golden & turning tneder, approx. 18-20 minutes.

4. Drizzle onto the asparagus BALSAMIC VINEGAR or LEMON JUICE.  Then shave or sprinkle PARMESAN over the hot asparagus.
